I’m Faylyn, a production manager fueled by a lifelong passion for visual storytelling. My journey into the production world began about four years ago, but my creative spark ignited long before that, back when I was making silly videos with friends in my backyard.

In 2018, I launched my floral design business, Frank & Arnie. I was asked to create floral arrangements for a lifestyle commercial shoot by a customer of mine, who little did I know at the time, was a director in Detroit. I quickly discovered a love for floral installations and began to bring my medium of floral design to music videos in the city.

Drawing on my corporate background, I realized how well my skills aligned with the fast-paced world of production. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working on a variety of narrative projects and large-scale commercial productions, each one teaching me something new about collaboration and creativity.
